FROM THE PRESIDENT

Welcome to QSI's Website! I sincerely hope that you will find our website helpful and that you will find information that answers any questions you might have. I also hope you will click on the "Consultants" tab above, and "meet" QSI's consultants and review the qualifications and experience of QSI's team. Over the past few years, QSI and its consultants have done a lot of things I am very proud of. Among these accomplishments, I consider our efforts in reshaping the business plans of some of the largest telecommunications carriers in the nation during a period of substantial market uncertainty, successfully defending multi-million dollar litigation efforts and shaping government policies at both the state and federal level as they relate to utility market organization to be of particular importance. However, it is the ongoing skill, energy and dedication of QSI's consulting team that I am most proud of. It is the tireless dedication of every individual on our consulting team that helps QSI win the confidence of our clients every day.

It is fair to say that with approximately 10 full-time consultants and numerous specialists with whom we contract regularly, QSI is a "boutique" consulting firm. The average QSI consultant has between 10 and 20 years of "hands on" experience in the telecommunications or energy profession, and each has been chosen to work for QSI because he or she represents a level of excellence in his or her particular field, whether that is engineering, economics, regulation, technology, and operational management. QSI's consultants are positioned to train members of the industry so our clients can better accomplish their goals, not the other way around.

Common sense would dictate that I dedicate a portion of my message to explaining in more detail what we do so that you can determine whether we are well suited to assist you. However, the breadth and depth of QSI's experience and knowledge makes compiling a comprehensive list of our abilities a difficult task.
