The Competitive Carrier Consortium (C3) is a coalition of competitive telecommunications carriers dedicated to addressing operational and business challenges and the evolving regulatory and legislative telecommunications landscape in the Midwest region. C3’s focus is on the states of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin.
